This release of the KIC 2000 Solder Paste Specs
Library contains updated information for the following
manufacturers:

Alpha, Indium, Interflux

For the pastes from manufacturers that are not listed
above, we will attempt to provide updated information
in the next release.  For the latest update visit
www.kicthermal.com.

If the solder paste you are using is not listed in the
Library, you can select the "Define Your Own Spec"
option and enter the data manually that is given on
the technical data sheet provided by your paste
manufacturer.  If you have questions or problems,
please send an email to: tech@kicmail.com



The solder paste data stored in this program are
offered in good faith and based upon information
