Using PWI for the statistics on the Wave Tab again.

1. Changed value on process window spec limits maximum for
number of seconds to 360000 seconds.
2. The wrong message displayed and asked to update the KE
FW when user selected Trailing Wire in the global tab.

2008-May-12:

2. Add new Flag to [OPERATING MODES] in
KIC2000UserSettings.kiccfg
NotAllowToShift=1
This will turn off the automatic shifting done for all
profiling applications.
3. Ignored Filter Product Temperatures method.
There were sometimes that the profiles reported some
missing data. The cause of these errors were from the
filter product temperatures.
4. Improvements to Wave application issues:
Definition of preheat and wave sections of the profile.
Better method for detecting if there is 1 or 2 waves.
5. Fixed incorrect calculation of high PWI in Slope specs
when users displayed profiles from KIC Software versions
older than 2.0.5.x.
6. Fixed the incorrect display if the separated TCs specs
were used and changed.
7. Using new Solder paste Specs file.
8. Fixed: Rounding of conveyor speed predicted value.
