This 9.7MB file contains the full package of KIC Software version 2.3.

If your currently installed KIC Software is version 2.2x you may
download WK230UPG.EXE that contains ONLY those files that have changed.
If your installed KIC Software is ANY version earlier than v2.2x, you
must download this full package in addition to the manual and tutorial
for your product.

This file must be downloaded to a temporary directory on your
computer. Run this file and you will get the opportunity to either
install the software on the Current PC, or create 7 floppy disks that
can be used to install the software on any PC.

KIC Software v2.3 has passed the SEMATECH Y2K compliance tests. Please
refer to the "Year 2000 Testing for KIC Software version 2.3"
document for detailed test results.

There have been no other significant changes in user interface, and all
KIC Software v2.2x help files, manuals, setup guides, and tutorials are
up to date for version 2.3.

The following known issues in earlier versions are fixed in v2.3:

 1. Kicboard locks up mouse on close or search for active inputs.
 2. Extra TC's - if 6 tc's in profile and goto browser profile with 4
    tc's still see 6 tc's.
 3. Save button when live - goto browser profile, go live, and
    setup/recipe/save and updates browser profile.
 4. Long profile notes (more than 250 characters) are truncated.
 5. pointer position is not saved in recipe.
 6. Auto-Predict percent left is always for exhaustive mode.
 7. TC1 not used autoscale is grayed out.
 8. GPF edit/copy/brief on large 12 tc profiles.
 9. LiveDataOutput doesn't work without a key.
