KIC Press Release February 11, 2005 - Gregory Fall appointed as KIC‘s National U.S. Sales Manager

(San Diego, CA -- February 11, 2005) : KIC has announced that it has hired Gregory Fall to be the new National Sales Manager for the United States.

In his new role, Gregory will be responsible for the thermal management and process control portion of the electronics assembly and packaging processes. He has been in the electronics assembly industry for more than 20 years and has experience with insertion, placement, wave solder, cleaning, and reflow equipment, as well as a background in electronic and electro-mechanical components. Gregory is also in charge of KIC‘s Partner Program, working with manufacturers of equipment and materials for board and package assembly in the thermal process development, monitoring and control arenas.

"With over 12 years of experience working for a reflow oven manufacturer, I am very excited to be joining KIC," said Gregory.
