KIC‘s Marybeth Allen to Present at SMT Nuremberg

(San Diego, CA -- March 3, 2005) : KIC, the leader of thermal process development and control products, and winner of multiple VISION awards, announces that Marybeth Allen, general manager of KIC International Sales -- European Operations, will present at the upcoming SMT Hybrid Packaging Exhibition and Conference, scheduled to take place April 19 through 21, 2005, in Nuremberg, Germany. KIC will exhibit in Hall 7, Booth #7-207, in cooperation with its German distributor SmarTec GmbH.

Marybeth is scheduled to be a Vendor Presenter. Her presentation will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at 10:40 a.m. in Forum Hall 9, Booth #9-118. The topic is automated traceability in the reflow process. Automation of the SPC process significantly reduces costs. Combined with a traceability tool, one may have a profile assigned to each and every board, and monitor the process to prevent defects using continuous SPC and Cpk.
