KIC Adds a 2006 Service Excellence Award to its Repertoire of Industry Awards

(San Diego, CA -- February 21, 2006) : KIC, the leader of thermal process development and control products, and winner of multiple industry awards, announces it has been awarded a Circuits Assembly 2006 Service Excellence Award in the category of Electronics Assembly Equipment Providers — Reflow and Wave Soldering for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by KIC‘s own customers.

Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to Martin Lopez, Western Regional Field Service Representative, during a Tuesday, February 7, 2006 reception that took place in Anaheim, CA before the start of APEX.
