Peter Chadwick Joins KIC as Operations Manager

(San Diego, CA -- April 30, 2007) : KIC, the leader of thermal process development and control products, and winner of multiple industry awards, announces that it has hired Peter Chadwick as Operations Manager at KIC‘s headquarters in San Diego.

In his new position, Peter will be responsible for KIC‘s R&D and Production. He has extensive background in design and development, quality, lean production, and management. Peter will lead a department at KIC that has won twelve major industry awards for best-in-class innovative design and functionality over the last few years.

Peter joins KIC from Alliant Tech Systems (ATK), where he focused on process improvements, increasing customer and quality standards, and developing new procedures to meet regulatory and environmental standards.

Peter has a Master‘s degree in Management Sciences and a bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Manchester University in the United Kingdom.
