Brian O‘Leary Joins KIC as North American Sales Manager

(San Diego, CA -- June 18, 2007) : KIC, the leader of thermal profilers and process development and control products, and winner of multiple major industry awards, announces that Brian O‘Leary has joined the company as North American Sales Manager at their headquarters in San Diego.

In his new role Brian will be responsible for all of KIC‘s Sales Representatives and North American based partners, and for the thermal management and process control portion of the electronics assembly and packaging processes. Brian brings with him over a decade of industrial sales, marketing and management experience in North America, Mexico and Asia.

Brian joins KIC from Sono-Tek, a manufacturer of spray fluxing equipment for PCB manufacturing, where he was responsible for the Western US, including Northern Mexico, Western Canada and the whole of Asia. "In today‘s increasingly flat world, you must not only provide the latest cutting edge value added products, but also target your offerings and support to the local needs of your customers, by what I like to call WOWing your customers every chance you get," said Brian. "I am extremely excited in joining the KIC team that has a reputation for giving 110% of itself everyday. My goal is to bring to the North American market a KIC approach that is global in thinking, while leveraging a seasoned North American industry of customers and KIC reps."

Brian earned an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, one of the world‘s top providers of executive education.
