KIC Press Release May 1, 2000 - KIC Names Bjorn Dahle President of Company

(San Diego, CA -- May 1, 2000) : KIC Thermal Profiling announces that the company has promoted Bjorn Dahle to the position of President. He will be responsible for managing the company as it enters an anticipated high-growth stage. KIC‘s former President, Phil Kazmierowicz, will become Chief Technology Officer, focusing exclusively on the development of new products and solutions for thermal processing.

Dahle has worked for KIC for four years, in the positions of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, he was Director of European Operations, and then a Regional Sales Manager, for MPM. Prior to that, he was a Product Manager for Amistar. Dahle earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering in his native Norway, and has an MBA degree from San Diego State University. KIC will announce new Vice Presidents of Sales for Europe, and for worldwide sales, at a later date.
