The KIC BPS system sends data in real-time to your computer during each pasteurizer profiling run. The system also allows for multiple units to operate simultaneously. The KIC BPS requires no or little maintenance beyond the periodic calibration. The automatic data transmission and the software's ease of use allow for more frequent monitoring with no interruption to production. Paperwork for documentation purposes is virtually eliminated, and the data can easily be downloaded to an external application.

The KIC BPS provides instant data analysis. A color-coded flag visually identifies the status of the current process statistics: Green - your process is running inside the defined process window; Yellow - changes have caused your process to drift to the edge of your defined process window; Red - your process has moved outside of the defined process window, alerting the operator to take corrective action.
